Hi sorry it's me again. I'm not sure if this is the correct thread to ask.

1. If I am paying my new electricity provider using UOB One card, is the monthly bill payment auto charged to my credit card? Or I have to manually use my card somehow for monthly bill payment?

2. The letter from SP says that the switch will be on 23 March. Does this mean the monthly bill payment auto charged to my credit card will be on 23 April? The reason why I ask this is coz I try to keep my payments to the middle of the month in case it gets pushed to the next month or something...

1. 23 March is the effective date of switch from SP to your new electricity retailer
2. If your new retailer has integrated billing arrangements with SP, nothing changes. You will continue to receive bill from SP on the same date
3. If your new retailer is going to have separate billing, then you have to setup the payment methods with your retailer
4. Your first bill with your new retailer will depend on them. There are cases where consumers were billed for 1st month usage only on the second month. The date of billing can be any day of the month. It depends on your retailer. After which you have about 10 to 15 days grace to pay.

Now can use UOB One card to pay SPgroup water bill via App and enjoy 5% rebate. Will it be counted as spending criteria?

Up to 5% rebate. There are no extra rebates, they are referring to the 3 tier rebate system of the One card. Basically they are telling you that what you charge via the app is included and will help you reach the spending criteria.

Checked through the exclusion list but just wanted to make sure...

Charging one time fee for annual travel insurance (AIA). This is counted for quarterly rebates?

Always afraid of deduction for insurance not included...

Should be counted. Insurance is not an exclusion.

The rebate will be credited at end of statement month to offset subsequent spending on the card.

Government polyclinic, hospital, eye center, skin center all not counted towards credir card rebate?

guys - check with you that ever use Grab with uob one
When will the extra 5% added ? I have yet to see it being credited to my acc , but i already had one quarter cycle of cash rebate.

In case anybody already received the rebate ...
