Say for this month I spent 2000 exactly, then got the 300 rebate for previous quarter to offset my bill, so on cc statement it shows 1700, am I still eligible for the 2000 tier rebate for next quarter?

One question, i have 3 plans with prudential, all same due date, if i change to giro, will prudential deduct all three at one time or 3 times?

If prudential deduct all at the same time, no matter how many plans i have (actually i have more than 3 inc family members) still considered one giro transaction?

i think for such a question it's best to ask prudential itself... it's the merchant that decides how to charge the bank.

i've a similar case with AIA (but it's just GIRO with savings account). two policies due on same date, and are shown as two separate deductions on my statement (on the same date).

my hunch would be that the different policies with prudential will be billed separately instead of a lump sum. logically that's easier for the company to check their accounts (as different policies may have different matured dates but same deduction date of the month).

but that's just my guess.

prudential CSO quite good and knowledgeable. and they don't keep you waiting on the phone for long.

Has anyone received quarterly rebates with the AXS Pay + Earn ? The website states that cards from DBS, UOB and OCBC are eligible. Not sure whether uob one qualifies due to the quarterly nature of cash back .

Just called UOB to check on eligible transaction amt. Agent seems to be very sure that 7399 is now excluded. Ipaymy transaction for this mth is not captured under eligible spending. But they acknowledge that the tnc has not been updated...

Hm. Not in tnc then how to exclude? This warrants a complain to MAS.

I see, i checked with another CSO, indeed its included. But the first still insist shes right...seems like next mth onward will give up this card, too much anxiety esp this is a quarterly rebate card...

Er no, I was referring to the Solidarity credit (offset Utilities bill) from the gov...will it only offset for SP? Or will also do the same for retailers like Geneco?
