few years ago i used to pay town council using uob one card and it was counted as spending.

how to check the MCC code, the first 4 number shown at my transaction?

Town council excluded for rebates from 1 Feb 2018. I used to pay using UOB One card before they excluded.

m1 - why not? if singtel yes... would have been the same MCC

no difference from charging to card, it depends on the MCC of the transaction.

Shopee rebate credited end of 4th statement month.
Quarterly rebate can be redeemed at end of 4th or later statement month(s), provided you have clocked spending in the 4th or later statement month(s)

assuming your quarter ended January (i.e. Nov, Dec, Jan), you should be able to see
(i) your quarterly rebate on your account on 1 Feb but it will only be used to offset your Feb bill, which is payable in Mar.
(ii) your other rewards (e.g. shopee) will also show up on the last entry of your Feb bill, which will again offset your Feb bill.

i have this card 8-10 yr. Never paid annual fee.

Just checked my additional rebate and UOB gave me wrong rebate. Spent a total of 1.6k and was only award 14 dollars. Had to contact them to investigate.
