personally I would go for ntuc vouchers, cos sometimes there are better deals at NTUC compared to Cold Storage. but I have only done that once or twice because I was just a bit short of the mileage needed for that month.

in the long run, I find that buying (and accumulating) vouchers just to meet qualifying spend is not the way to go... would rather consolidate spending into just one or two cards. especially so for low maintenance persons

Get the NTUC Fairprice Giftcard instead of paper vouchers. Easier to carry around and can be used at self checkout kiosk upto the last cent of purchase.

Can get multiple cards if you need to pass it to family members.

I would gladly take any credits. would you rather more credits, or more spendings just to hit your min spend requirement for the cards? it's obvious to me.
I am glad for the utility rebate .... next month I have dental appointment/s, should have substantial spending to get near the min spend ....

I received an SMS that says "... adjustment to your rewards dollars/points has been approved."

but it's not yet updated in the account - still showing cash rebate balance $100 (instead of $300).

will give it until the end of the month to update...
Mine approved but still not updated :(

according to the latest CSO... it will only be updated in the next statement month.

for my case:
quarter is May to July,
cashback is credited in August (post on 31 Aug)
and any adjustment will be credited in September (post on 30 Sep)

something like that. so it takes two months after the quarter ends to close the case.

last time it was settled within one month (cashback adjusted in August and post by 31 Aug. now it is not (apparently).

drag and drag they like.

Also, based on my past experiences and knowledge...

Those appealed cases on your 5% / 3.33% quarterly cashback, if UOB successfully credit back the short-fall, you will be required to forfeit away the additional 5% / 6.66% bonus cashback (shopee / SP / dairyfarm etc.)

Should clarify with the CSO about it... I hope I am wrong though..

I think the forfeit is only for that particular transaction that you're appealing to be considered for the quarterly cashback... i.e. you get the $50/$100/$200 cashback but you won't get the additional 5% or 6.66%.

yeah something like that.
