I think the forfeit is only for that particular transaction that you're appealing to be considered for the quarterly cashback... i.e. you get the $50/$100/$200 cashback but you won't get the additional 5% or 6.66%.

yeah something like that.
If my memories serves me right, during my last successful appeal sometime early last year, I remember quite vividly the CSO told me that the entire quarter's "Additional Cashback" would be forfeited.. Not just that one particular transaction..

I might be wrong though..

Nevertheless, when is usually the additional cashback credited again? As I have another upcoming appeal to make LOL..

Was thinking I should submit the appeal after the additional cashback is credited? Hmm..

the additional cashback (5%/6.66%) is credited the same month as the quarterly cashback. e.g. for my most recent case (May - Jul), both cashbacks were posted on 31 August.

so... the appeal did not affect the (entire) additional cashback. unless... they claw back in September... :o

not sure if the CSO is (again) smoking his/her way... nowadays really cannot take their word as the final truth.

yeah ..... last of $300 was credited on 31 Jul/1 Aug, And I use up the full $300 by end of Aug. No additional usage after that. I think my AF will be charged end Sep/1 Oct. So I must quickly use up the rebates, just in case they refused to waive the AF.

cannot prepay SP bills at TPY now. They have this system which only allows you prepay 2 months your average usage.

Hmmm you mean in order to hit minimum spend so you purposely prepay a few months in advance correct? You are paying via AXS,SAM or via internet banking, SP mobile app?
