Just called in to ask for waiver. CSO said because the system "thought" i have UOB One card since 2010, which is the year i cancelled my UOB One Card.

the atu will be charged to your uob one card, it will help you to hit the min tier spend

Do note the fp atu now takes 7-10 days to post, much longer than before, not easy to hit min spend if u count on atu.

I did many atu last month and all of them posted exactly 3 days from the actual atu. I noticed it is the transaction date in ibanking that is having error.

Mine most of atu different leh, e.g. I did atu today, will only receive sms notification for $50 about 2 days later, then 7-8 days later get posted, and I see the transaction date is the date I received sms, not my actual atu date.
I guess they put me into a special pool? It used to be posted within 3 days from the actual atu for me, too

Not sure if the situation is the same for everyone but just to share what I observe. If purely based on the dates in ibanking, the difference in transaction date and the posted date is 2-6 days. But I manually record of the transaction date for the actual ATU, and the transaction dates are different from that in ibanking, and I worked out that the manually recorded transaction date is exactly 3 days before the posted date.

well, if it is consistently 7-10 days, maybe can work around by doing the ATU like 6 days before the end of the previous month, so that it will be counted to current month.

Cancel lor. While other banks beg you not to cancel, UOB gives you the finger. Says a lot about them.

Yup. Told CSO to cancel the card. TBH the rebates are not the fantastic also.
