For this One card, assume I spent overseas in USD, which is equivalent to $100 SGD, but there is like 2.5% foreign transaction fee, in total there's 102.5 SGD. I wonder whether this $2.5 counted as $500 tier or not?

Anyway it's always been stated that they give full waiver if your spendings on the ONE card is more than $7,200.

Hmmm okie thats what im thinking too. I think cimb might be better becos its lifetime free membership. But its simple card with 0.6% rebates i think. Maybank i think will still charge annual fee if yoy dont hit certain spending?

Yalor no point pay annual fee if we are small spenders. The rebates we get may not even enuff offset the annual fee.
