is it stated anywhere that uob cc giro will only take place if more than $10? i realise that one of my card uob failed to giro and when i call up, i was told this and said it will be escalated. but after that heard nothing. wonder if i should wait till the rebate time then call in again. if it is not stated somewhere easily seen, how to expect customers to know?

Hi, i m kind of new in this cc thing. My ocbc cc application was rejected. Then i tried my luck for uob card and in the end i managed to get the card. But i dont have any bank account with uob, how should i pay the cc and i tried to apply personal internet banking a/c with uob, it was rejected bcoz they dont have any record of my signature. Is that mean i should open a bank account with uob also?

Know my questions a bit dumb. Just hope can get some answers. ☺😊😊

You don't need a UOB Bank account to pay your UOB CC bills. Any other banks can pay your CC bills

Recommended means to pay uob credit card
1) ibanking (uob or most other banks)
2) axs online or axs station
3) mysam or sam machine
4) inets kiosk
5) giro (apply to pay from most bank savings account)
6) uob cash deposit machine

Good to have uob ibanking to track ur credit card usage. Think u need to go to uob branch for it.

safer and better to have a bank account. cc bill payment from other banks takes 2-3 days. same bank can do same day (but not sure of uob/ocbc for sunday internet banking). this is advisable for ppl who easily forget the statement dates and need to do last min payment.

I dont see any Ez-link logo or CAN number on my SG50 UOB One card (golden in color). Can it be used as a bus/MRT card?

If yes, how do i register for that? Thanks :)

Buy a nets flashpay card from transitlink office. Apply for nets flashpay auto top up by credit card on the flashpay card using uob one card as the source of fund. The nets flashpay card can be used for bus/mrt
