UOB one card

Since the revised T&Cs is dated 15 dec 2015 and it stated the exclusions. So which takes precedence? the T&Cs or the 1 March... very interesting Think there were some murmurs indicating changes come Feb/ Mar 2016 but didn't know they started as early as Dec 2015

Cannot be Dec.. I just read the T&C yesterday. The list of prepaid accounts was not there yesterday.

Oh dear, so UOB is rather shady about this, not very good.... they sneakily put in the list of exclusions in the T&Cs and backdate it to 15 Dec 2015 when we have evidence that it wasn't in as of yesterday.

Hopefully UOB doesn't play punk.... 2 months down the road when rebates are calculated, refuse to give for prepaid txns done btw 16 Dec and 28 Feb citing T&Cs dated 15 Dec

Hopefully it is just a matter of them being lazy and forgetting to include the "Starting from 1 March 2016" in the T&Cs....

very sneaky if they did that retrospectively ...
i did a small top up on 20 Dec, had called CSO to check whether that qualifies & she said it does
i just called CSO again & she confirmed the new T&C is effective 1 Mar 16 & that the T&C will be reflected with the effective date
so i think its just oversight that the small print date in T&C was not updated

probably on dec they updated the latest revise tnc, but it take effect on 1st march which will reflect on the statement.
if not they have to keep revising the tnc.
just my thoughts.

What you mean by "eligible credit card as of each stt date". You meant "transactions eligible for rebate as of each statement date"?

Yes, phone ate my 'spend', as in eligible credit card spend. I see this reflected on the casa stt, but not the cc stt, and the period involved for both is supposed to be different to my understanding?

i will recommend ppl to take a screenshot of e site saying it will start on 1st march in case they decide to backdate the new t&C

have already dumped this card few months ago, even though i can hit 2k every month.

calculate here calculate there. end up in miles race.

this card at most 1 year give around $2,400 rebate only.
