Last month Dec 2025 ,My wife stupidly withdraw $500 from her stash account and I believed she only top up back a few days later. Ended up she didn't get any interest for the month of dec. But how exactly she did on maintaining the stash account I am not so sure. Because we have a few joint accounts together like dbs and ocbc . she could withdraw the $500 from other saving accounts from there or just ask me for money so I could paynow to her immediately. Her action cost $126 and just gone like that

Try appeal? My sis go pay $5 to a billing using stash instead of her regular acc and also lose her interest for that month. I ask her appeal. She called up at night so cs say ask relevant dept call her back during day time which she missed the call and the case was closed like that. I tell her to call them during office hours but she's busy working so she didn't. Otherwise I believe she could easily ask for pardon as it is her 1st time.

No she didn't. But the correct thing to do is to check the min to top up. I believe even your wife top back after a few days, that few days has incurred a short fall on the ADB. That's why the right thing to do is to check the min to top up and top that amount accordingly. Not just $500

it should be short fall by a few dollar. can appeal and get back the interest. no worries

May I know for those who participate in the Season of gold promo and top-up 100k for the Stash account between 1-30 Nov, has UOB earmark the fund and credit the incentive amount ($210) already?

Because last month, for those who deposited between 1-30 Oct got earmark on 17-Nov....but this month seems still not earmark and incentive not credited yet...

My family member just received the $210 joining in Dec with the amount earmarked in Stash.

They took so long to credit that I actually withdrew 100k from my Stash account. Tried to buy tbill but the yield is so low so gonna deposit into Stash on 1 Feb.

This promo is incredibly difficult to get, so would not bank on it.

I never trust those "first xx customers" promo because it's highly unpredictable and no way to verify their reply (not like they publish the list of the xx customers anyway).

I did get the Harman Kardon Luna BT Speaker for first 30 when I opened the stash account last year. But the notification for winning the prize came many many months later.

Maybe the interest is not a concern for your sister since work is more important

Indeed. Cos until now she didn't manage to appeal as the one who could help her bring up a case only works office hours and she's too busy to answer personal calls during those hours.
