Hi all. Wish to clarify. I tried to apply the YOLO/EVOL card. Im a salaried employee above the min 30k requirement and have submitted my notice of assessment and cpf contribution statememt for application. But i was told that i will need to submit my past 3 months payslip and emplyment letter as well in order to proceed. Can i check if anyone know if this is the market practice as i do not understand why it is so strict and that i am required those doc which was not listed mandatory in the application form in order for them to process my application

ur CPF contribution submission, is via MyInfo (Singpass) or you uploaded?

tbh, banks still reserves the right to procure more info as they have to assess the risk assessment if they deem more infos are required. as i'm existing UOB cust, no such issue when the cards are usually approved immediately. unless i request for credit limit increase wch was last year.

Most likely ur cpf contribution varies. Probably due to Ot or shift allowance. When I apply for amex they ask for my payslip too coz they can't determine the basic pay from cpf since the contribution amt differ. The bank has the right to ask for any document they deem necessary.

W.e.f. 17 June 2021, please be informed "that payments on SP utilities bills will be excluded from the awarding of cash rebates"

Hi all, does it mean payment for sp bills can still count towards minimum spend?

SP is excluded alongside cash advancements and balance transfer etc in UOB Evol Tnc, so doubt it qualify as min spend
