Anyone purchase tablet in SLS has to be careful expecially near the 4th sty & 5th sty escalator and their main office at
#03-(9+9), #04-(4x10) & #04-(70+9).

Before that my frs and i approach CH2 company saleperson (Mr Wong) near the #04-xx escalator asking abt the warranty and the package.

Surprising this is what he reply to us in chinese abt themselves and J2 company at #03-(9+9) in SLS

在新加坡没有保修,全是谎言.如果有，一对一的交换在1周. 公司政策 (只是外部包装)只作秀.艾諾7领先版制造商不支持海外维修

1) 如果有问题可以修复我们维修但零部件是不是原来的.无法修复的，我们把它卖给海外客户. 看看谁是不吉利的客户.

2) 如果有问题返回到我们,只是摆在那里，2周以上要求客户收集,说没问题，或已经解决了这一问题. 我们赚你不多

They resell the repair tablet to customers as new one.

I did check with the china manufacturer, they mention all their tablet have to return to china if there a faulty. they dont support singapore shop warranty. Meaning to say retailers in SLS mention has 1 yr warranty are lies. Cant trust them at all

u pay peanuts u get monkeys. I bought it to "try it out" its 1/3 of a normal branded tablet anyway. its running Android, so OS is not the issue, just the hardware.

Btw all ur samsung and Apple stuff are from China.

nowadays Chinese pdts hv 1-yr warranty. if u buy direct from online sites, a warranty card is inside. i returned set to store b4 with full refund, even b4 my item reached them, due to unreliability.

these shops likely remove this warranty and offer their own, cut to 3 or 6 mths limited warranty, (eg.include parts, exclude labor) and hope to tap some $$ in event of yr return, citing some crap. simple repairs they prolly do themselves here with inferior parts from eBay. Tough ones sent back to China factory. Nothing to lose, only to gain.

Better off buying online, submit yr full 1 yr factory warranty. Repairs, mail to China tracked for $40 2-ways

My frs took the picture, saw them putting the repair set on the box packaging and resale it to customer as new one.

WTF u got eyes or not???!!?? r u blind or wat? u cant see those staffs are repacking the mobile phones and accessories together? those are JUST-ARRIVED-BRAND-NEW-PRODUCTS OKAY??

these unreliabe shops likely remove the manufacturer warranty and offer their own and hope to tap some profit in event of annual return, citing some crap. simple repairs they prolly do themselves here with parts from shanzhai. Tough ones sent back to China factory. beware of this retailers. they are not honest to customer.

For digital device, they can always request their seller to pack it nicely before delivery and there not need to be re-packaged. (try to lie a small primary kid)

now create account to come in to threaten. now you all can see how bad their service are. any way their service attend to customer also vry bad. alway try to smoke the customer.

Consumer have to beware all their electronic goods are not approval by singapore agents. Risk is your if u purchase from them.

Seen alot of ppl purchased from them during the SITEX show and at SLS but how come none come here for feedback. I have seen overseas online do have these products but like what member said, when we receive is the headache part. If lucky everything fine if not the trouble starts.

Beside this shop, are there other shops carrying these products but not belong to those specify by TS.
