If you Google for solution, probably find a fix. In this way, I managed to get my company VPN works in both Win 8.1 and 10.

Improvement in Windows update delivery via local peep to peep download enable my 2nd desktop to get the updates fast. However, don't seen to work for laptop on WiFi connection.

Thanks for this. I installed and it seems to make my Windows Explorer much more snappier. No more annoying live tiles.

Any issues with WIN10?

BTW, can you check, after you installed this, for the Windows Explorer, when you click on a file, the preview pane is on the bottom or right?

I get very annoyed that it's on the right especially when you have 2 windows side by side, makes the real estate so much smaller.

Last time for Win8, I use a prog, OldNewExplorer. But seems like not working well with WIN10.

Win 10 is working fine for me. I installed a bunch of older programs like Doom 3 and Office 2007 and all are working fine.

The preview pane is on the right, as always.

Sorry I read the link. But it does not address the issue of Preview Pane being on the right instead of bottom (like Win7).

Ah, that's what I hate: Preview Pane on the right!

Microsoft thinks everyone owns a 34" widescreen monitor?

If you need the screen space, just add a second monitor. You can use an old 17" monitor if you have one lying around.

I am able to accept auto update, but it kept failing and retry.

Much easier to download the update and install manually.
