i not yet study their financials. but i like their properties and clients alot.

and 1 thing i oso like is dat retail physical stores will not yet fall out of favour.
yes, alot using amazon and app delivery. but at least wht i hear ppl ard me still prefer physical meet ups, physically choose goods, try on clothes, watch movie, go salon, go pub etc at least for now will not be disrupted.

juz happen to see 3M price came down a lot since last yr.
mayb good time to enter if u still believe in the company. PE, PB back to average range. divy 4%
but note dat their debt increased last yr. nid to dig deeper and see why.

if drop further i will enter.
