Hi everyone. I'm very likely to go LA LV SF for starting in Nov. Need to book air tickets by this Thurs for Sq promo. But my current passport is due 18 may 2018.
Does anyone know how strict is US customs on passport expiring within 6mths?

The links show singapore as one of those excluded from the 6 mth passport validity rule. Is this accurate?
Minimum 6 months.
Hertz is good.Hi All,
any suggestions or recommendations for a reputable car rental company for LA-LV-SF?
Depends on how many days, size of car, pickup and return location...
Budget at Union Square?
If I'm going USA from 30 Oct to 15 Nov and my passport is expiring 18 may 2018, my passport is considered slightly more than 6mths validity?
Huh? Don't understand...
You said depends on pickup location, so i asked whether Budget at Union Square is ok lor. lol
My friend's research showed that they are relatively cheaper amongst the bigger names
Yes, Budget is cheap and they have a reputation of overcharging after the car is returned, through unaurhorized cc transactions. Please remember, they will ask to swipe your cc when you are collecting the car. Google and you will know more.
So it is cheap upfront and pay more later....haha....
hi there, im going to texas for a week. I'm looking to rent a muscle car, either a mustang/camaro to cruise around. Anyone has advice for driving, rental and general tips?
Need your advice please!
Planning a Jan trip up to US looking at 2 options
1) East Coast - NYC, Boston, ....
2) West Coast - SF, LA, Vegas
Looking at 2-3weeks
Any adv if it's better to travel to east coast or west during the Jan period - hopefully to avoid crowd from the Xmas-new year season. Weather is also another concern I presume?
Thanks
