This might seem harsh but it's not wrong! The stuff you get at the outlet malls is not good quality stuff; it's basically the brands knocking off their own products, making low-quality stuff to target shoppers who think they're getting a bargain because they drove all the way to the outlet mall.

Outlet malls are a ripoff and a waste of time. You'll get better stuff by going to the brands' main stores.

What part of the country are you in? If you're in the Bay Area at least, you can find all that good stuff at most of the local supermarkets; there's plenty of specialist Asian groceries around where I am.

Sorry don’t get local travel needs?

2 drivers - you can get a mini van or full size SUV. That can fit 7ppl each.
Long drive maybe tiring so u may want to have regular stops.
Convoy 2 cars in the city is both cars knows the destination. Following the front car is not a good idea and gives u more stress.

You could do one veh 15 ppl van, just that veh is bigger you may want to have full insurance in case you damage veh

If don’t wanna drive all can do Uber and pay travel agency to accommodate 14ppl
Travel agency - no idea cost email them to find out

don't forget space for your luggage.
You need to calculate each vehicle who sits and how many luggage will be in it.
Also must cater for additional shopping storage slots.

Even if you book large van must cater enough space for your luggage too. In addition whether there are any baby, the law is very strict on baby seat.

10% is fine normally or round up to the nearest 10’s dollar . Like bill come $52 just put $60.

Hotel cleaner can be $1-$5 your choice. Bell boy $1 is fine

That’s for me.

Uh - 15%, not 10%.

Oh god that's going to be a headache, you're not wrong.

You got good advice upthread, but honestly I'd outsource the whole thing to a package tour company. You've basically accidentally put a tour group together, and if you end up having to wrangle them all it's going to be a nightmare.

Colorado areas....should be a modern city...

Depends which part of Colorado. Denver is pretty chill, and Boulder will be great and you can probably find some really good food there, but Colorado Springs is kinda redneck.

Nah, you can do a one-way no worries. I'd recommend doing the round trip though, because there's fun stuff to see between all three of those cities! Between LA and SF there's Highway 1, Monterey, and the wine country around Paso Robles; between SF and Las Vegas there's Yosemite and the White Mountains; between Vegas and SF there's Death Valley, Joshua Tree, and Palm Springs.

No, but watch for one way fees, which can be astonishingly high. I remember about 10 years ago I needed to drive from SFO to LAX and rent car for two days. Herz wanted $80 for two days rental and $425 one way fee.

One way to minimize these fees are to pick up car NOT at the airport. You need to check websites of usual suspects - Hertz, Avis, National, Enterprise, Budget as well as OTAs, like Kayak, Expedia and dedicated rental car booking engines, like rentalcars.com.

Carefully read T/C and see if one way fee is listed. If not, check if T/C says that there might be additional fees and in this case, you'd better contact and figure out what additional fees mean.

There is no need to do round trip, look for rentals on OTA which waive off the one way fee.
I did somewhat the same route as stated in march without paying for the one way fee.
