I had spiderweb the internet with keywords thus noticing this thread. Since this is a forum about iPod and iTunes, i'll go straight to the point to solve the mentioned disputes without any slight attempt or motive to advertise:

@sumkong : I had process your order

@Questy: I had process your order, it seems that I had missed out your name in the BCC email regarding a delay and the issuing of 2 x $25 codes solution.

@Underwearman : 15 months ago transaction, i can hardly remember as i sold than less than 3 cd-keys if i'm not wrong. You might want to email me the transaction slip.

@reddevil0728: Had email you.

Once again my apologies, i had no intention of making you feel like i am/was hiding, i am simply one of these people who read every email but seldom reply. This isn't a good trait, i know, but i hope you accept my sincerest apologies. - Dave

I bought 2 keys from you.

Anyway it is a good thing you have responded. But, when a consumer has made payment and has their transaction disputed and when emails to you goes unreplied it gives me the feeling that I've been swindled.

15 months for me to get a reply from you.

Lucky thing was my steam account was not suspended.

I have sent another mail. I hope you do reply it this time

I must be fare to Dave Chua. He replied the next day after I sent him a second reminder. He did apologised profuseroulyfor not repling sooner. I got what i wanted that very same night promptly as promised. And yes, his itunes gift cards worked, have not got any problems with them at all.

Overall, after this incident, I find him quite sincere and will continue to deal with him. As we are making a deal over the internet, therefore it is improtant for the seller to give the buyer the confidence they need, especially the very first deal. If the seller did not reply as promised, the buyer will definetely start to get suspicious.

Thanks.

I gave up waiting for Dave's email, even when i wanted to get another gift card from him after the scare. I found another dealer on ebay, selling US$50 gift card at S$75, email replied within hrs, got the redemption code within mins after informing the dealer abt transaction reference. It's more expensive but at least the reply is prompt, will deal with him again.

Transferred $22 to his account for 1 $15 iTunes Store card but already over 24hrs and no response from him.

Am I being scammed?

Sent him 2 emails also no response.

What should I do?

I would like that highlight dave.c is an unreliable seller.

Not only has my email still gone replied (see my earlier responses)

He claims that he 'does not reply to emails'.

Clearly, he values money over his Internet reputation as a seller.

Why do people still suggest his site is beyond me.

I personally have a very bad experience with him.

I have been very civil and emailed him hoping that he would be willing to settle this quietly but apparently he has forced me to choose the alternative.

I received his email stating that I will received within 1 hour.
Will see, I have another 1/2 an hour to wait.

Will update when I truly receive the code and buy the app from US store.

Congrats man, mind if you could ask him to reply to my email as well?

Pretty sure he is viewing this thread with great interest.

Try baco_123 at ebay, a few dollars more for prompt service from seller. Remember to contact seller before bidding or transacting money, an important lesson for me, even when the seller has a 100% positive feedback.

Good to hear.

Hope this thread is keeping him honest while is seek my refund.

Wanted to buy some gift certs from him, and sms'ed 5 times over one week and got no reply. Dint even pick up his calls. Finally bought from qisahn. Got the codes within 30 minutes after they confirmed the Internet bank transaction. The only time, when I ordered and they ran out of stock, got the refunds also within 30 minutes.

Try buying from qishan if you cannot trust .

Good thing you didn't transfer the money first, else you would have been a pile of nerves.

Reading the testimonials on his site are such a big contradiction to the real experience.

"Got my codes in less than 10 minutes" versus "no reply from him in one week"

itunesgiftcard.biz is unreliable, uncontactable.

Dave, reply my email if you see this. HWZ is well crawled by Googlebots

Singapore iTunes Addicts (Nov 2012)

Know this is an old thread...
but Dave Chua seems to be MIA again...
Bought a $100 gift card from him 2 weeks ago. Two emails, a couple of texts and two attempts to call the number on the website later, no code and no response. And no refund either (which I requested last week).

Found another site which delivers gift card codes within 30mins for just a fraction of the price more: PC Game Supply
Once registered, coupon codes pop up on the side when you access your accounts. Use them to reduce the activation price. Have used it 3 times without issue now.
