BTC is making me question the validity of value investing. No one has been able to put an intrinsic value on BTC. Yet here we are at 100k.

Crypto has always been a liquidity sink, with global interest rates moving lower over the last past year, all that money must find a new home. It is similar to meme stocks or speculative penny stocks, I see it as a barometer for risk taking.

Treat BTC as Gold can liao…..the value is what humans perceived it to be
Just like fine arts lol

Anyway im not here to convince anyone……im not fully convinced either. :ROFLMAO:
Whats matter more is the general public perception changes over time and whether it will leads to greater adoption rate in future.

Gold has some industrial use and jewellery accounts for 50% of demand. Its not comparable to BTC.

I don't believe BTC has 0 intrinsic value. If this was true, the EMH would have asserted itself by now. It seems silly to argue > 10 years is not enough and still need more time. If really like that, need to drop the Efficient from EMH. 🤣

I brought up BTC because it is such an anomaly and worthy of further study when thinking about valuations.

BTC is not a security, what has EMH got to do with it?

Its classified as a commodity and nobody can attach value onto a commodity, its all about demand and supply.

yes agree it is all about supply (finite supply with only less than half in circulation) and demand (infinite possibilities)

If not delusional then all won’t be here. HardwareZone comprises of all the top 10% owners. Throw 1 stone hit 1 multimillionaire

Ok la, if you say so.

I share mine first.
NU, AVGO, and CELH. I have positions, like 200k in all these 3.

Nike is over. I think future is Lulu. MCD also face pressure moving forward although fat community will still support. I feel future will be about high protein, healthy meals. LLY probably ok

Those who subscribe to value investing have a lot of difficulty accepting US stock valuations much less crypto.

Bulls say now we are in early-mid 90s leading to dotcom bust
So old valuation methodology irrelevant liao
