AVGO sell once market open or can hold for a while?
Good enough to screenshot, good enough to sell. 26k -> probably 90k tonight.
A multibag. in only 1 week plus.
Should have trusted my birdie more and all in.
I will sell some and add more to my NU and CELH.

From Meta AI
There is a notable inverse correlation between the USD strength and the short-term Bitcoin price. Here's a breakdown:

Historical Correlation
1. _Inverse Correlation_: Since 2017, the USD Index (DXY) and Bitcoin have exhibited an inverse correlation of around -0.3 to -0.5. This means that when the USD strengthens, Bitcoin tends to weaken, and vice versa.
2. _Short-Term Sensitivity_: Bitcoin's price is more sensitive to USD fluctuations in the short term (e.g., hourly, daily). A stronger USD can lead to a decrease in Bitcoin's price, and vice versa.

Possible Reasons for the Inverse Correlation
1. _Safe-Haven Asset_: Bitcoin is often considered a safe-haven asset, attracting investors during times of market uncertainty or economic instability. A stronger USD can reduce the appeal of safe-haven assets like Bitcoin.
2. _Dollar-Denominated Pricing_: Bitcoin's price is often quoted in USD, making it sensitive to fluctuations in the dollar's value. A stronger USD can make Bitcoin more expensive for investors holding other currencies.
3. _Risk Appetite_: A stronger USD is often associated with a stronger US economy and reduced risk appetite. This can lead to a decrease in demand for riskier assets like Bitcoin.

Trading Strategies
1. _Short-Term Trades_: Traders can use the inverse correlation between USD and Bitcoin to make short-term trades. For example, if the USD is strengthening, traders may consider shorting Bitcoin or buying puts.
2. _Dollar-Cost Averaging_: Long-term investors can use dollar-cost averaging to reduce the impact of short-term price fluctuations. This involves investing a fixed amount of USD at regular intervals, regardless of Bitcoin's price.

Keep in mind that past correlations do not guarantee future results. The relationship between USD and Bitcoin can change over time due to various market and economic factors.

We are on the same side. I am holding AVGO.
Google, Open AI and now Apple, are working with Broadcom for their own chips. All these beefy guys will throw tons of money to AVGO.

My calls are already deep itm.
Earning tomorrow and I am expecting stellar results, especially the revenue from vmware.

Edit: position Dec 27 165 x 30 calls.

Huat ah.... over 80% of my portfolio is in AVGO.

Went to sleep woke up this morning very very happy. Let's see what happens when it actually opens tonight.

You sir, have good taste in stock.

AMD however, is an acquired taste.
I sold my amd with 34k loss and replaced them with some amd calls. Let's see if I can recoup some.

Now hold my hand, I am flying you to the NU wonderland.
AMD CPU should bring in big earnings next quarter, they have been sold out almost instantly like Nvidia GPUs

Of course the margin for CPU is lesser

Gabriel Yap not only expert in SG REITS, now also expert in US stocks? 🤔 Why he don't just reveal his strategies in YT videos? If good, he can earn alotta money in YouTube as compared to selling courses. I believe he is really rich, don't need to sell courses.

I'm still holding on to AVGO.

I've held on for more than a decade.
