Yup, the capital Gain is nice.
Too bad it is the only counter I have in US that gives out 1 div per year... Hopefully someone can pressure them to give out quarterly.

Personally i don't mind the annual divi....I am hoping it will split after a rises a bit more....it has happened in the past...

Any reason why you would like a split? Ain't exactly costing too much anyway. PEP, JNJ, CVX, CLX, GILD, MCD, XOM is all around that price range.

I prefer to see $100+ stocks, haha, but it's just me, I like the 3-4 digits. In fact I'm looking at bigger monster these days.

DIS splits...more people can afford to buy...stock should rise. Heh. Reading seekingalpha comments...a few have said that it usually splits when it is in the 100+ range...low 100+.

I love stock splits too.
everyone here please alert whenever there is a stock that is splitting haha.

too bad i started late... when appl stock split abt $96.. i was too engrossed in options and didnt use my brains to invest in AAPL at that price.
stock split is healthy for stock prices rising....

Agree...it makes it more affordable, so heaps can buy...but it also makes the share a bit more volatile cos more can afford to speculate

For me AAPL, GILD, DIS, ATLS and MEIP is keeping me green. Highest has got to be AAPL and MEIP but that is due to volume of stock

Yes. In your USD Settlement Account. SCB is slower, there is a 1 day delay when they credit divvy to you.

I got exas at 21.54. Not much though. Def bigger stakes with gild. High hopes for that ome. I think exas can still load up more. There's potential short term. some talk of competitors entering their space. Need to monitor.
