Maybe try clearing cache ?

Chrome didn't clear cache as don't want to lose the auto fill.
However using another phone which I don't use for MDAC submission...also the same problem for both the Browsers.

U use egate before it the same mdac.Meaning I use my personal email address to register for her?
When she at Malaysia immigration will they sent anything to my email or to her hp and ask my mum to proof again?

Are there any special characters in your name or email address?
Anyway when clearing browser data, the only 2 things that needs to be cleared are "Cookies.." and "Cached.." (cache). The rest will almost never be causing any problems that have to do with outdated browser data.
Alternative perspective is never clear Browser History and Autofill. That totally defeats the convenience of a browser in the first place...
I requested for a new PIN...same issueOk I tried on 2 NBs using Chrome & Microsoft Edge Browsers, all the same issues.
Then I purposely input an incorrect PIN, then it prompted No Record Found.
I then entered the correct PIN & the same issue came again.
I guess next is to reset the PIN.
I'll continue to submit for the near future... maybe one day I'll skip itSo does this include SG e-gates user?
