Directions to the new set of autogates indicate that they are for Malaysians, but I have no doubt that they work for other passports too.

I used the 1st batches of autogate that I saw on the left when entering jb custom. So should be for all.

Malaysia Jb custom installed a whole lot of autogate at the left side of the hall.

These new autogate’s camera are located on the left of the gate instead of on right side for the old gates. These new gates are noticeably faster than the old ones when scanning passport.

Previous old gate passport scanning takes a while while we wait for the bar to complete. This new gate once scanned will show personal details and gate will open and no bar will be shown. Face scanning speed similar to old gate speed.

Do you still need to submit the MDAC prior to entry now? Or just straight to the autogate?

Noticed today that there are no longer any directions to segregate Malaysians and non-Malaysians using the autogates on the left of the hall.
