1. Order case from Them via Q00.
2. Call them evening to confirm stock. Auntie was friendly say check and called me back. She did as committed..

3. Went down to collect next day. directed to 05-01 to take the case.

based on recent incident, i opened up and check the inside.. the lady (think temp staff) was patient and help me open up and check.

All in all no complaints lah.
I remember last time got some guy called Playst every day wack Cybermind LOL...

Ok lah videopro quite nice leh. bought a mini hdmi to hdmi wire from them in the end realize don't need. They on the spot refund for me. People there seem quite nice from my experience, if pricing can match tp I next time buy from there liao

No problem whatsoever from Videopro since the 90s be it RMA or DOA parts.

Never once show me attitude or bad service, nothing unpleasant. Sometime I ordered through the website and they deliver to my work place, saved my time and effort going to SLS.
