how long does the mekong delta and cuchi tunnels take?

and roughly how much does the tour of these places costs?
can provide a price range so as to avoid getting chop?

The guided excursion to the Mekong Delta takes up a full day. You leave in the morning usually and return at sunset. The guided excursion to the Cu Chi tunnels usually takes half a day, and are sometimes combined with an itinerary to visit Cao Dai sites to take up a full day. Prices are posted at those agencies at Pham Ngu Lao and are transparent. Anyway, agencies pool their clientele and resources. You may find yourself grouped together in the same van with visitors from other agencies.

Anyway if you more time,go da lat.Damm nice down there.More cheaper then hcm.The climate is very song.17 degree at night.Not crowded also but drinking down there can be quite exp.Quite clean also.They told me it is the safest city in vietnam.

Need to go district 5 to book the sleeper bus to go there.8hours!

i've been to dalat before. nice and cooling weather. at night was cold in my hotel room, my hotel room doesnt even have aircon. no need for aircon anyway. 8hrs bus ride from hcm to dalat. shag.

the 3 hrs plus ride down to nha trang from dalat can vomit. the new route not the old 6 hours plus route. nearly vomit. many in the bus also vomit, lucky got viet gal sit beside me offer me sweets. lol

Since is your first time, do go see the benh thanh market, war museum etc. It is all in district 1. The easiest way is to book a city tour near your hotel.

Actually you can easily get a hotel in bui vien which is the backpacker's area. Vn hotel really cheap and good. Other than that, you can visit cu chi tunnel and mekong delta.

Best is still go dalat where they have cool weather. I want to go there relax one day too.
