You mean currently Vietjet don't fly SG-HANOI? I didn't expect, thought have. No wonder check dates but no service at all.
Check with the vn expert, What the best way and cheap rate to send money over to vn? I see that each visit only 5k usd

The tiger/scoot group booking service (for 10 & above tickets) really sucks...totally so rigid and not flexible...might as well book in separate batches ourselves. Baby also charge full fare as adults and all must have 20kg luggage, including babies! WTF!

You might want to split your booking
however if u are booking promo fare, is better to book fast. is risking to book for more than 4 pax, promo fare normally quite limited ...
Only to hcm so far ... would still prefer jetstar or tiger when flying hcm ...
I saw they offer to fly Hanoi leh..but only 1 flight and timing no good.
For hcm, I also prefer Jetstar, have been flying JS to hcm so far, never try others.
They limit to max 10 tickets per booking. Not sure if they limit by account, if so, I can still can't split book all under my account.
I guess is by per booking ... you can still book with the same email for another round ... that is my understanding ...
i always choose jetstar for budget airline
cox their on time rate is highest, among all other budget airlines ...
if flying scoot, i would worry more ...
Totally agree with you.
Last month when i am flying tiger to phuket...
keep on checking if the flight got any schedule or not ...

May I know how much per person is a safe amount to bring for a 5D 4N trip to Hanoi? Accommodation taken care of already. Planning for a day tour to Halong bay too.

their website did mention you're able to book for 10 or more passengers per flight ... maybe you like to clarify with them?

once i have chosen 10+ ,
they brought me to another page on the group bookings
the group booking page ...
can upload details via excel, like very cumbersome ...
