I wanted to book a 2days Mekong Delta tour, but I will be arriving my hotel at approx. 5pm...is it too late to book for next day?

I booked a mekong 1 day tour for 220k for next day. They have many groups going there as it's a popular spot. not sure if there are 2 days tour package. The 1 day package is enough to see everything. Quite a boring place actually. Might as well use 1 day to see cu chi tunnel or the imperial palace. Or the museum.

There's a district called Binh Thanh District which is next to District 1.
Some people misspelled Ben Thanh into Benh Thanh and then Binh Thanh. They sound similar, too.

I see..that's really cheap for a 1 day tour. I was quoted online $70+ for a 2 days tour

omg...so many words with similar spelling and pronunciation..vietnam is really a tricky place to visit for a holiday. Maybe i should print out the map and circle the place I wanted the taxi driver to bring me...

you should ask the tour operator.

most places will have nets. and from my past experience, the mosquito problem in vn isn't as bad as indonesia or taiwan.

What I did was, arrive in Danang. Half day to cover the first three places. Then went down to Hoi An to stay there.

Do you all get a local number to use for uber and grab? If the drivers don't speak english, how do you answer them when they call you?

I'm deciding whether to go for 4 day 3 nights or 5 day 4 nights. First time going HMC.

Lastly, what hotels do you all recommend? Budget less than $80 per night.

1. Use SGD to convert to VND. Don't convert to USD first.

2. Up to you. I used my own SIM card and used WiFi at cafes or hotels to get Grab or Uber. If they call I will ask the cafe or hotel staff to help me speak to the driver. Honestly, actually don't even need to talk to the driver. They just wanna confirm for dunno what also.

about 12sgd . you can get a half day tour, 9am to 5pm ...
