i think anything around 16500-17000 should be good enough to change, considering you probably won't be changing that much money for it to be too much of an impact.

Anyway to deviate abit: where to eat nice Singaporean food in Saigon?

My local friends say the Com Ga Hai Nam chicken rice at D1 Calmette is nice but I find it totally lacks any resemblance to the real chicken rice

I miss my Sinkie hawkers

There is no real nice Sinkie food in Saigon

Even the Malaysian food also F-ed up

Hainanese chicken rice in Vietnam is lacking in a few areas
1) lack chicken essence oil
2) no garlic paste
3) no 老抽 cuz Vietnam people don't eat dark soya sauce at all. It's not part of their food culture.
4) chicken chili sucks
5) soup not authentic

Jumbo Seafood sells Hainanese chicken I think, but I dunno whether they do the rice and got all the dark sauce and chilli as you mention

Got lunch set but I think confirm super expensive still
