I used klook for bana hills. very easy. price is also comparable if not cheaper than buying ticket there.

By the way, using kook it state pick up at your hotel address. Is there any additional charges at the end of the trip other than the kook price stated?

it depends where you're staying. if it's within their 'fetching' zone, they'll pick you up from your lodging. if it's not, they will ask you to meet the group at a specific location like their bus boarding point.

no additional charges from my own experiences with klook. what you pay is what you get, other than the additional transport you need to arrange yourself and pay to get to the meeting point if your lodging is outside their pick-up zone.

Bana Hills - can purchase via Klook ( recommend to purchase with buffet lunch)
Pls make sure to reach the foot of Bana Hills by 0830hrs and go straight for the "Hands bridge" as yr 1st stop. To minimize photo bombing of other ppl in yr photos. The tour groups would come ard 930am.
2 way from Hotel to Bana Hills - I bought via Klook.
On the return trip, the driver inform me, next time if I come Da nang and want to go Bana Hills , he quoted abt VND 550K ( 2 way).
Marble mountain - Book a Grab car and buy the tickets on site. Very easy.

Last year Jun, I took the 545am transit flt from HCM-Da Nang.
On final approach to Da nang, you get to see the valleys of the mountains.
The route from HCM-Da Nang is better than SG-Da Dang.
