My viet BIL daughter is in child care centre now. The fee is VND1.5m. This could be one of the cheapest. Others usually in excess of 2m depending on quality, brand and programmes offered.

Hi,

I'm looking at Airport to Vung Tau to HCM (2-3 days) full day.
Stayin in HCM, day trip to Vung Tau

Sounds very rush. We were there 3D2N in Jun from HCMC, private mini van (16 seater) with driver, VND3.5M. If interested, can pass you contact but not sure if they speak English. Else my wife can help. But we're leaving for viet soon.

For avg viet in 2nd tier city, is 1-1.5million dong heavy burden? Looks like your BIL has higher earning. I was told in my tho is 1 million per month.

No lah, he very low income one. It's really a heavy burden to them. We chip in whenever we visited my ILs. Think my ILs also chipped in partially each month.

Quite rush. At least 3 days and fly home 4th day. 1st flight to hcm clear custom by 9am local time. Reach hcm bus stop 9.30am? Grab a bite, wait for bus, leave vung tau at 10 or10.30am. 3hrs travel. Vung tau is for the beach, temple and prawn cracker with vege...lol. and you can wear your swim wear straight from hotel room to the lobby, across the road and to the beach LOL.

Not sure about oct, but dont go during june till aug? Their school holiday, hotels swam with locals
