Hi all. If I take grabcar to tan son nhat Airport, need to pay extra 10k vnd after the ride is done?

My driver manually added 10k vnd on arrival. Wondering if that's the way.

When I was HCM in End Feb, I was not charged the extra 10K for toll.

Hi Dead Pirate Roberts,
I am looking out for jobs in HCM.
I quite like the vastness of the country which have nice places to go (eg Danang / Mui Ne).
I believe I have just hit the tip of the ice berg only.
I have some friends there too.
Can I check, to seek your assistance on how to network with the Viet head hunters to apply for job opportunities? Thanks!

Getting a decent paying job there is head, unless u look at those big MNCs.
most viet companies cant provide u with the package that Singaporeans need.
i know quite a few who have become english teachers there.
taking home around 2.5 to 3k USD per month.
granted the cost of living is low there. a decent apartment in D7 is around 350usd per month.
food is cheap.
i can survive with around 8 to 10 bucks a day there.

Morning will be banh mi or pho. Lunch i usually skip if hungry i head over to family mart and grab some instant food.
Night will be com tam or bun bo hue if i want noodles. Its all street food. Still have balance for one or two cans of beer.
