June - End Oct fall between monsoon season, may need to check if Hanoi affected or not

Just finished my travel in danang. Bought 3 sim cards online. end up only used 2.
Viettel used on my daughter's ipad seems to have issues with sharing hotspot.
Echo networks used on my phone can do hotspot with no issues. Speed also ok.
One thing i realized is opening attachments/photos in wechat is slow as compared to whatsapp in Danang.. not sure why is that the reason.

i used youtrip for meals, miles card for the larger expenses like hotel accomodations. i brought along some dongs as well but thats mainly for some tipping. did not withdraw any money over there.

Some tie in with their children's school holidays or year end leave clearance.

For me, when I feel the itch to have a change of environment, simply fly Friday, back Monday.

Did this year-to-date 6 times. Ticket is cheap, hotel use loyalty points.

HCMC, Hanoi, Danang, Hue, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Dalat a bit sian.

Then went on to crossing borders for fun.
Vietnam-Cambodia, Vietnam-Laos, Vietnam-China.

5G pretty good in cities and highways. So can work on-the-go.

Central Highlands is my next goal.

I don't bring him to VN. He has grown up on his own. I travel myself.

He is 25 now. First travelled when 6 months to Paris. Weve done most things

Now is my time.

Intercontinental danang was not bad, though its a bit far out from the city.
