do you recommend that we take bus to Na Trung (best beach in vietnam) or Vung Tau (see the statue of Jesus)?

how long will these activities take?

thanks.

you can opt to go to vung tau in the morning, see the statue of jesus and other attractions, and return back in the same evening. Bus Journey is bout 2hours each way give and take..

for nha trang, if u are tight on schedule, take the plane or train although tickets are scarce during festive season. if not , u can take a bus which is about 8 hours drive with several stopovers for toilet breaks and snack buying. if youtake a bus, it'll probably pass by phan thiet, which is also another sea side resort. however nha trang is better. But there is also a night bus with bed that departs in the night and u arrive there early in the morning.. 02 nights stay is recommended in nha trang..(who the hell goes to beach resort and stay one night anyway?..:D ) ,

hope tis answers your questions..;)

went HCMC for a week and I would say its a pleasure experience..
free and easy, book tour from sinh cafe to visit Cu Chi Tunnels & Mekong Delta, we skipped Cao Dai though
shopping at Ben Thanh was good, esp the nite market (beware they give cut throat price!)
overall, i said its a nice place and would visit again, probably Hanoi and other areas
the only thing that scares me is the motorbikes hahaha....

You can't book it via online, you have to go to sinh cafe on pham ngu lao street (backpackers street) and book day before or go early in the morning 7.30am and pay in cash wait for your seat in caoch and guide to arrive :D (Most tours start at 8am-8:30am)
