Depending on location. Chinatown area (cho lon) 3 storey shop house is about over 200K singapore but it is still considered cheap compared to Sinkie shop house.

Around Cho Benh Tanh, many 3 star hotels around and accessible. The hotel comes with free Wi-Fi and breakfast and understand English.

Most of the prices are for tourists.

Why boring? So fun and many things to do there..so cheap. I like it. You can also travel out of hcm.
