nope

it was working much earlier when NOC 1st toggled the firewall setting on my zhone, think it was around 24 june.
then i remembered my NAS was still on dynamic ip, then i proceeded to set static ip, change the port forward private ip on zhone, can't remember if i tested it out after making the changes until i tested it yesterday.
Ok. Can you PM me the ticket number for this case?

somehow the problem lies with my synology NAS
hard to believe a NAS from synology could have such a glitch

Received a call from VQ some time ago to both my home phone and mobile phone. Did not answer as I was overseas and did not want to incur roaming charges. Helper at home who answered said the CSO mentioned something like my internet plan was upgraded, although I requested no such upgrade.

Emailed sales stuff but no reply. Does the HWZ cso want to clarify the details of the call?
