i fancy IKEA over sturdy built furniture because 5 years down the road, just swop for a new looking design like IKEA....plus its new!

Then did you ask about the wastage?
Balance can return etc.
Based on good business ethics, should minus back the amount of boxes not used.

I tried vinyl flooring for my 2nd floor terence. Did not realise the rough texture of the vinyl until after installation.

We do not regret it cept it takes getting used to it considering we used to have parquet flooring previously.

I guess the rough surface makes it difficult to maintain (clean)?

It dont last long, especially if get wet often.

Why then are we hearing people talking about vinyl tiles now? Is it because of higher costs?

I got quoted for evo isocore for $7.25 per sqft. Is this a good price? looks expensive considering we will be doing around 450sqft
