if I reach Changi Airport checkin counter, does the staff check from their system if we have a valid visa, or they don't check and just let us board the plane?

If you do not have a valid Australia Visa, check-in counter (Eg. Changi Airport) will not issue boarding pass.

assuming if I reached checkin counter 3hrs before departure time and realized visa was not approve and denied checkin, will it be too late to apply visa from you and get approve within 30mins then we recheckin again?

email communication with kangaroo kang is good. The ETA approval for the 2 free ones is within 10 mins. They forgot to apply my remaining 5 but quickly apologized for missing out on them and got it done within 30 mins. thumbs up!
