How do I Verify whether is my Australia VISA Authentic
Please READ the below Instructions
DO NOT EMAIL us for Transaction References Number (TRN)
All Australia Visa applied thru us (or thru any 3rd Party Agency and Airlines), there is NO TRN.
Please follow the below Steps & Instructions.
Take note
More than 40 Nationality can apply ETA (Australia Visa) online.
But only 8 Nationality (Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, Canada, USA) are able to Verify/Authenticate their Visa online.
For those Nationalities that cannot Verify/Authenticate their Australia Visa online, they have to trust the Person/Travel Agency/Airlines who had help them to process the Australia VISA.
Before you start the below process, please KEEP your Credit card! (You have been WARNED)
We will not be responsible if you are charge VISA fee by the Australia Government Website
Some of the Computer/Tablet OS may not be compatible with the Australia Government Website.
If you are facing this problem, please choose other OS to access the website.
Example : IE OS, Safari OS, Google Chrome or Firefox
Please ensure the Email (PARTICULARS highlighted in BOLD) you received from us are all correct before proceeding to Step 1
STEP 1 to 3
A) Click : Official Australia Government Website "ETA"
Click : Apply for an ETA (Yes! Click "Apply for an ETA", in order to verify the Visa status)
TICK : Tourist Visa
Applicant Currently in : XXXXXX (You can be in any Country, except Australia)
TICK : I have read and agreed
B) Answer these questions carefully. The system is very sensitive.
Any missing alphabet/number, it will leads you to credit card payment page.
1) Surname (accordingly to the same way we had applied)
2) Given Name (accordingly to the same way we had applied)
3) Passport no
4) Birth date
5) Country Of Birth
6) Nationality
7) Passport Issue date
8) Passport Expiry date
9) Gender
10) Identity Card No
C) Issuing Authority, Home address, email adress and mobile contact are flexible.
Any details, the system will also accept.
To speed up the process, you can key-in simple answers like SIN or 1234567.
Example :
Issuing Authority : SIN
Address 1 : SIN
Address 2 : SIN
Zip code : 123456
Mobile no : Country code (65), No (91234567)
Email Address : xx@xx.com
STEP 4
Review all the DETAILS you had just key-in.
Before you Click Next, SCREENSHOT all the Personal data you had key-in.
Email us the Screenshot if you are not able to verify the Visa
We will check/tally the information you had submitted.

STEP 5
A) If you had key-in all the data correctly, the system will prompt you (on top of the screen) that you are currently holding a valid VISA to Australia.
Look at the VISA "Expiry date", it will coincide with the "Expiry date" we had applied for you.
If the "Expiry date" is different, it may be your Previous Australia Visa application (from your Current/Old Passport) is still valid or you are holding APEC Business Travel card.
Australia Government website are able to detect the SAME Person by matching FULL NAME, Identity Card Number and BIRTH DATE.
As long credit card number is NOT key into the system, it will NOT affect the VISA we had applied.

If you are not able to see the information listed on STEP 5, you may have key-in wrong Information.
Try the whole process again starting from STEP 1. If you still get the SAME reply after the 2nd try,
(or no record found or applicant is recorded as being currently in Australia), email us. We will check/rectify the issue on our end.
Don’t PANIC if you can’t find your Visa during Authentication.
There are many other reasons (See COMMON examples)
A) Your Australia Visa is approved from “Pending” case during Visa application
B) You may have given us wrong particulars that are not according to the passport details
C) Your Previous Australia Visa Name may have been applied in a different way. (See the Name Placing of "Michaxl")
OLD Visa
Surname : Lim
Given Name : Kuax Huax Michaxl
NEW Visa
Surname : Lim
Given Name : Michaxl Kuax Huax
D) During Visa application process, when the system DO NOT RESPONSE, we may have DOUBLE clicked and applied your Visa “Twice”.
E) You have Two or more Australia Visa under the SAME Passport Numbers
As long those “Passport Particulars” we had highlighted in “BOLD” are correct, you are safe to use the Visa.
If you still have doubts, you have to visit the nearest Australia Visa Application Centre in your Country or email them directly to verify.
