Provide it get approve. Sometime will be reject or goes to pending case.
And it takes few hrs to 3 days to rectify the issue.

Dont key in wrong data.
If they caught u with wrong info, may get 1yr ban from applying visa.

NO, tourist VISA is ONLY valid for 1year for Singaporean and Malaysian.
Apply APEC card. Usually valid for 5yrs
