I did Japan Web in SG, missed the custom portion. So wasted 30mins there. The staff there also can't help much due to language.

Please do Japan Web before arrival, saves alot of time. We breezed through immigration, while other have to fill on spot, or write hardcopy.

Thanks for the tip! May I know approximately how many days before should I complete the registration?
I did it 3 days before flight.

The registration is quite straight forward. Maximum half an hour even if your a very careful person.

Just landed in Narita. Quarantine no longer required, Immigration and Customs took less than 10mins to clear (no crowd at all). Everything went very smoothly.
Need to fill up any forms prior landing? Show passport enough? Will be landing at kix.. hope smooth and fast

Not sure if you guys have tried this... I finally completed Japan Web Experience and I register my family with me (wife + baby girl).

In total I have 6 sets of QR code (2 for each of us, immigration and customs).

Is this suppose to be so? (sounds weird as how can my baby girl show QR code )

It is the same logic and theory as how your baby can have/show a birth cert, passport, air ticket, etc.

hi all, will be travelling to tokyo and osaka for my japan trip where we will be flying into tokyo first and the 2nd leg to osaka will be flying domestic, so would like to check am I able to add both into the "register planned entry/return" section according to the stay duration so as to fulfill the immigration and customs clearance for both tokyo and osaka?

For those travelling in a group, is it advisable to register 1 person as the main (e.g. myself) and the rest of the group register as persons travelling with me?

Or is it better to get each person to register individually?

On the VJW site, it seems that only infants are supposed to be registered as persons travelling with me?

imho, follow what the web says. The custom are kinda strict, have seen people getting rejected to refill immigration card couple of time due to address, they probably filled the hotel/airbnb name instead of actual address.

Huh? I thought the form if asking for our address in JP, which for tourist should be the hotel, no? Lemme check again

I feel the web could have made it clearer such that we cannot register people older than a certain age as others traveling with us.

When I was doing the Japan Web (somewhere in early May), i remember keying in the first hotel address.
I'm already back from Japan, customs never asked anything extra.
