Montreal is nice but the people there can be pretty snobbish. :(

Well, I think it depends on whose perspective. When I was on exchange, most of us didn't like the French students except the other Europeans. So I would partially agree but I won't be able to generalize and call them all snobbish. But haven't met any Montreal Canadian or French Canadian.

Canada is a beautiful place to explore ... I have been there and would definitely recommend the place ...

No offense, but if you have been to Montreal/Quebec, you will know what I mean. I've been there at least 5 times. :o

I been there numerous time but I didn't encounter that, living in USA provided me easy access to these places even today. Lol this week Pittsburg, 2 weeks ago Chicago, a mth ago was Montreal.
Unlikely me return to sg for break 2 weeks 5 yrs I was away and kena snobbish ppl.
