Visiting KL during Deepavali weekend

I may reach KL at 10 am. Probably I will do an early check in, get to Batu Caves, the Petronas towers and menara tower, then Merdeka Square and Petalin Market.

What about clubbing? Is Zouk KL worth visiting?

I do not think you can visit them all, especially now that you have snuck in Menara KL (KL Tower). By reaching KL at 10, do you mean your hotel or KLIA? You can visit Merdeka Square the next morning. There may be activities there, being a Sunday morning. The Petronas towers contain other attractions as well, and I probably will not visit the twin towers and Menara KL in the same trip. In any case, if visibility is not good, drop the Menara KL.

Is batu caves very big? Trying to squeeze time in my itinerary to visit but not sure if 1 hour as mentioned by previous poster will be too rush.

i video down my whole climbing, from the base all the way to the end of the cave, took 10min~ i hv two kids with me~ plus resting, take photos, jiak ice cream just nice 1hr~

Excluding the journey to and from the Caves, 1 hour was not enough for me. There are steps to climb and descend. Take a good look at the photos.
