With SPH Reit being the only recent listed REIT counter that perform above its IPO price, I wouldn't try for it. I don't like its assets, its manager and its cornerstone investors doesn't give me a sense of confident. But all these are just my own opinion. So yeh, do ur own research

Yes it is strange. They are late.

Also I find it amazing that there is not a single forumer here that has applied. Usually even the most obscure IPOs have some fans.

Good, weak ones IPO.. when taper comes and the wave of selling ensues, the strong ones (AReit) get affected anyway because of their "industrial" sector correlation, can buy more AREIT on weakness and watch this one die a slow painful death.
