With SPH Reit being the only recent listed REIT counter that perform above its IPO price, I wouldn't try for it. I don't like its assets, its manager and its cornerstone investors doesn't give me a sense of confident. But all these are just my own opinion. So yeh, do ur own research :)

Not worth all the risks unless the yield is more than 10 percent

Standard Chartered has been appointed as the SM for Viva Industrial Trust with the 'overwhelming' over-allotment of 12,800,000 units. :)

I thought the results of the ballot should be out on 1st Nov? Strange, can't find it on SGX website...

Yes it is strange. They are late.

Also I find it amazing that there is not a single forumer here that has applied. :s22: Usually even the most obscure IPOs have some fans.

Good, weak ones IPO.. when taper comes and the wave of selling ensues, the strong ones (AReit) get affected anyway because of their "industrial" sector correlation, can buy more AREIT on weakness and watch this one die a slow painful death.

Who do they (Viva) think they're kidding >_>
