I have redone too.. if you need roam data in Malaysia plenty of prepaid plan there too and affordable

I often had difficulties connecting to redone mobile data network... sometimes it would just cut off by itself. Initially i thought it was due to my mobile phone, but after porting over and connecting to vivifi, the connection has been seamless so far.

So far, the only con i have is that it doesn't have a dedicated standalone app for easy checking of data usage and purchasing of roaming data.

redone is using starhub probably the area you are in are not good using starhub mobile services with bad radio antennas

Just follow their guide and create a homepage shortcut, it works just as well as having a dedicated app.

I am using IPhone 7plus
Can not receive call and receive message.
But can call other phone or send short message no issue.
anyone know how to solve the issue? Thanks

rebooted the phone ? re insert sim ? Port over successful ? check APN? there's a list of things you can check in thier FAQ

Rebooted already. Re insert already. Port over successfully.
APN how to check?

but I can call out, send sms, use data.
issue is can not receive call and sms. Any idea?

Honestly Vivifi has been great all round in terms of coverage and speed. Only faced the issue hanayorisg faced on the morning of the first day after “successful” port-in. It resolved itself after a few hours + a phone restart.

Curious if anyone has tried Vivifi’s 5G and how it compares to GOMO, Zero1 and big boy SingTel.
