Iphone 13 VIvifi is really slow in some area to the point cannot load, meanwhile my friend GOMO 5g just sped through and loaded the content. Thoughts? Mind you im not comparing the speed of loading but rather is it loading or not
Most probably is due to throttling/deprioritising during peak hours. You can try the 5G add on to see if it helps. In my own experience on 4G plan on GOMO/Zero1/Zym they all get throttled/deprioritised similarly when it’s crowded/during peak period.

Can help me check how much to activate 5G and whether got additional quota if go on 5G? Currently on Binge it's $7 for 5G + 10GB. I asked Vivifi on FB they skipped this question. I ask whether got charges they also never reply. But charges one answered above in earlier post.

Thanks to the many folks here who shared before about emailing to ask for the same promotion for existing users.

I also managed to change my plus plans to the vivifi vibe plan, from $9/ $11 to $10 but now with 100gb and the 1gb roaming included.

300mins call
100 sms
I can confirm my roaming works in Batam now on the vivifi vibe. But I also cannot find the usage stats.

My niece's usage shows 80GB /100GB left.

7 to 30 June is 24 days.

24/30 x 100 GB = 80 GB

My guess on how they calculate.
Wait, that means they’ll auto deduct 100GB / 30 day = 3.33GB per day? Even if you use less than 3.33GB per day they’ll deduct it daily.

Like that if whole month don’t use data and on the last day cannot use all 100GB at once?
