Vivifi email reply to my query states otherwise.

Extract below :

6. Customers ported in their mobile numbers from non-Singtel brands within 30 days of signing up will enjoy these additional perks:
  • Free 3 months subscription of VIVIFI 5G VAS available for 3 months from port-in date. This additional add-on will be activated in the following month after successful port-in.
  • 1 month waiver of VIVIFI Vibe plan subscription fee only after successful non-singtel port-in. The waiver will be reflected in the 3rd bill from port-in date after successful port-in.
Singtel Brands includes Singtel, Heya, Gomo.
that red line doesnt appear at the start.. they added in afterwards

i am an existing vivfi subscriber. May i check, if i want to add a new line, is it that i must create additional login account?

Is it possible to add additional lines to my same account (The email which I am using for my first line)?

You need to create a new account, using either a separate email address or 'instant' alias. Vivifi has a guide on how to do that here -

Have anybody start using 3 mth free Vibe 5G trial ?
I ported in on June 5th from Giga till now no 5G .
(Update)
Wrote to Vivifi and they reply,
HI

Please reboot your phone and tty.

sent them message via fb since morning till now no response. Emailed them

ok i get the same response as you. Its still troublesome that we need to chat them to get 5g activated..

Anyone on Vibe tried roaming in MY? Mine somehow a bit off, like will take quite some time to connect to local telco then when finally connected no data connection, no 4G logo. Last time when on Binge very fast connected 4G can start using data already.

i have tried it once. but i never use it anymore as i have another malaysia line. Dont connect to maxis, try digi

Forget to check which telco it's on, too fed up at that moment, straight switch to SIMBA sim for data usage. Shall pay attention next time. Hopefully only that day network a bit congested or something, if not keep like that cannot tahan.

Yours work as per normal? I also got another, luckily got another SIM card with data, if not cry there also no use. Lol.

Actually last Saturday ,I did used Vivifi free 1Gb roam in Skudai JB,no problem connecting to DIGI & i also switch to ZYM free 2 Gb ,also no problem connecting to Maxis 5G at Tuas check point or DIgi.

Vivifi customer service CMI

Email them many days ago to change to new share plan until now no reply
