hi have anyone able to change the esim from an old phone to a new one with the same QR code? I deactivated from the old phone but unable to scan on the new phone, and the helpline is not helpful at all, so I am out without service :(
update on this in case anyone having the same problem. The QR Code is actually reusable.
after using iphone quick transfer to copy old iphone to new iphone, the sim details is copied over (but not usable) and that prevented me from adding back using the old QR Code. A network reset of the phone help sort things out.

Thanks for this, but I'm not following technically what's happening there.

Singapore businessman I feel very strange one. Business school teach we need to give promo to existing customers and take care of existing customers first. But here we practise musical chair. Haha! Jump here jump there get best savings. Stay at loyal customers get chop carrot. One brilliant idea they have is to ask u to sign long term plan. Haha

Anyone know how to turn on the Overseas Call Blocking feature (announced by Josephine Teo in the news on Thursday) for Vivifi? They have no app.
https://www.businesstimes.com.sg/si...ble-overseas-call-blocking-says-josephine-teo

Too many irritating + numbers, and this is a work line.
Likely have to wait for awhile longer and activate from the portal, below is extracted from the write up.

"On Thursday (Jan 4), the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) said that customers of mobile network operators, such as Singtel, StarHub, M1 and Simba, will be able to enable and disable international number blocking from Jan 5 through different channels, including calls, SMSes or through their apps.

An Imda spokesperson said that customers of mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) will be able to do so “at a later date”. MVNOs include telcos such as Circles.Life and Vivifi, which lease network capacity from network operators."
