Ya lo. It shows submitted
you need to activate your esim to port over.

i ported back to vivifi on friday 10am, activated my esim to start the porting process, by midnight it was done.

there is a link to activate your esim in your email. either that or you can scan the QR and use your temp number first, you need to do either of this in order to start the porting process.

if you look at your Vivifi dashboard, under Submitted, there is a pink line of text telling you what you need to do before porting starts.

I received an email to tell me it is pro-rated. And when I login to check, it is pro-rated for Data, Calls and SMS. FYI.

I realise I need OTP very urgently. I activated the porting process on Friday evening (received SIM card on Friday). At night, my telco (GIGA) told me my line is terminated. So my VIVIFI SIM card is working now. But the temporary number is being used now. May I know when will I know the my old number is officially ported over? I am using iPhone and when I go into Mobile Network, I am seeing this temporary number reflected on my VIVIFI SIM. Once the porting is completed, does it mean that this temporary number will be replaced by my number and will be reflected on my phone? There is no need for to me do anything else?

Have just signed up for vivifi $10. Opted for physical SIM via post.

A few questions probably you guys would have experience.

1) I did not see any mention on caller-id. Coming from traditional Telco (M1), and previously SH where there is usually a ~$5 fee. Does vivifi have this option?

2) just curious, in the faq for porting in. It states to maintain current line first until porting over is successful. when it is successful, I guess I will be notified right? Then does my M1 gets auto cancelled (highly doubt so)?. If it is not cancelled will the M1 line be re-assigned another number? Just curious because i will probably be having both SIM card in my phone when it happens.. wondering when someone call my number which is activated.

3) For the roaming, does the vivifi specify which overseas Telco they partner? for M1, it is Celcom.

TIA

as far as I know your current line will not be cancelled till port in successful means vivifi need to send in port in request to m1. you can still continue to use your m1 till it port over to vivifi success

Thanks. What abt after the port over is successful, is there a need to cancel the "old" line with M1?
