Well that time I did ask for zym instead of Vivifi and zym told me best is one week before the new payment kicks in. But I think the same concept should be in line with most mnvo telecom.

I have barred Roaming International calls on the Vivifi web page. However, still able to receive roaming calls.

Understand, need to let the incoming call ring until it cuts off. Need to pay, even though the call is rejected?

Singtel and their MVNOs usually will charge if you reject calls overseas.. better be careful

Just email them to request.

Now, must port in then can.

No choice, have to port out the line and port in again.
