Agreed. Used to clear cache for Vivifi, then able to log in. Anyway, what is there to check for local usage? It is the roaming usage that when abroad, is of any concerns.
Last time data not as generous. Need to check periodically for local and overseas. Got data anxiety. :ROFLMAO:

This depends on preferences.
Each app is both a potential security risk as well as a battery drain risk. For something that I donโ€™t need to see everyday I rather not need to use an app. Having that option is nice, being forced to use the app is a problem.
Not forget to consider if the device may eventually become obselete to use the app. Web portal is better future proof.

Remind me of my experience of using some banking apps, takes minutes to load a page and keep asking you to upgrade the app. And when you are done upgrading, the next time tell you that the phone OS is too old for the app and just flat refuse to run any more. Why is that not mentioned before the upgrade but after ? And if I want to continue to use the app I will need to upgrade the phone ? No thanks, my phone is working fine.

Received an email offering to upgrade to Vibe 4G and get 6 months 5G free. So upgraded a few days ago. Anyone know when can start having the free 5G?

Check your VAS under your Vivifi dashboard to see if 5G VAS is enabled. If don't have that, suggest you check with Vivifi directly, since you are existing customer, not port-in. Port-in customers get it within 5 working days but usually immediately once you activated SIM card.

What is your existing plan ? Roam value ?
6 months is better than the port in offer.

finally moved my parents lines to simba senior $5 after about 35 months on vivifi ($9.20 to 7.70)

I did not make these request to deactivate.

Anyone encountered this ?

Not sure what happen. Received the similar message and i use that regularly. drop an email to them nor sure how fast they will respond

Same! I got these 2.
My spouse got the one that kena disable caller ID. And really got disabled ler. ๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿซ 

Their website login also not really working for me.
