Scroll down to the carrier block where you see "Network". Tap on Network Provider (with the Carrier Profile version next to it) and it will switch to IMS Status.
Yep, that's why iOS 26.5 released yesterday enabled this.Apple and Google finally teamed up to bring encrypted RCS texting to iPhones and Androids, though this basic cross-platform privacy fix is honestly a decade late
